استمرار احتمال حصول فيضانات في كالفورنيا

لا تزال التحذيرات سارية في كاليفورنيا من احتمال حصول فيضانات بعد مرور عاصفة قوية حرمت عشرات آلاف الأشخاص من التيار الكهربائي وأوقعت قتلين على الأقل فيما يتوقع خبراء في الأحوال الجوية عواصف أخرى.

وضربت وسط الولاية وشمالها عاصفة ترافقت مع رياح وصلت سرعتها أحيانا إلى 160 كيلومترا في الساعة في بعض المناطق، ومع أمطار غزيرة. وتسببت كذلك بفيضانات كثيرة ما أدى إلى قطع طرقات وحرمان أكثر من 190 ألف منزل من التيار الكهربائي على ما أفاد موقع “باور أوتيتج” المتخصص.
