موسكو: واشنطن تنتهك معاهدة “ستارت” منذ أمد

أشار السفير الروسي لدى واشنطن أناتولي أنطونوف، إلى أن الولايات المتحدة تواصل منذ أمد بعيد انتهاك معاهدة “ستارت” للأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية النووية بين موسكو وواشنطن.

وأشار إلى أن البيت الأبيض رفض الأحكام المنصوص عليها في المعاهدة والالتزام بها، والتي تحدد عدد الأسلحة النووية.

وشدد على أن الولايات المتحدة تجاهلت باستمرار مطالب روسيا بحل هذه المشكلة.

وأضاف أن من أهم العوامل التي أدت إلى الأزمة الحالية حول المعاهدة، كانت “الحرب الهجينة” التي شنتها الإدارة الأمريكية ضد روسيا عبر نظام كييف، بهدف إلحاق هزيمة استراتيجية بروسيا.
